What services do you offer?

Our stylists are trained in the latest techniques to give you the perfect look.
Do you offer hair treatments for damaged hair?
Yes, we offer several restorative treatments for damaged hair including deep conditioning treatments, Olaplex, protein treatments, and keratin treatments. Our stylists can assess your hair condition and recommend the best treatment to restore your hair's health and shine.
Can you do hair extensions?
We offer various types of extensions including tape-ins, micro-links, sew-ins, and clip-ins. We use only high-quality human hair extensions that blend seamlessly with your natural hair. A consultation is required before booking an extension service to determine the best method for your hair type and desired look.
Do you offer color correction services?
Yes, we specialize in color correction. Whether you're unhappy with a previous color service or had a DIY color experiment go wrong, our expert colorists can help. Color correction is priced by consultation as the process varies greatly depending on your current hair condition and desired outcome.
Do you offer bridal or special occasion styling?
Yes! We offer comprehensive bridal packages that include trial runs, day-of styling, and options for the entire bridal party. For special occasions, we offer formal styling, updos, and makeup services. We recommend booking these services well in advance, especially during wedding season.
Walk-In Service
How does your walk-in service work?
We operate on a walk-in only basis - no appointments needed! Simply visit any of our locations during business hours, and we'll add you to the queue. Wait times vary depending on the day and time, but our efficient team works to keep them as short as possible. For real-time wait information, you can check our website or call the salon directly.
What are the busiest and quietest times to visit?
Typically, weekends and late afternoons tend to be our busiest times with longer wait times. If you prefer shorter waits, we recommend visiting on weekday mornings or early afternoons. However, as a walk-in only salon, we're equipped to handle busy periods efficiently, and our queue system ensures fair service order.
How early should I arrive before your closing time?
We recommend arriving at least 45-60 minutes before closing time to ensure we can accommodate your service. For more complex services like color treatments, please arrive at least 2 hours before closing. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and we stop adding names to our queue when we reach capacity for the day.
Can I request a specific stylist?
Yes! When you arrive for your walk-in service, you can request a specific stylist. If they're available, you'll be added to their queue. If they're busy, you can either wait for them specifically (which may result in a longer wait) or choose to be served by the next available stylist. All our stylists are highly trained professionals.
What if I'm in a hurry?
As a walk-in only salon, we serve clients in the order they arrive. While we can't guarantee immediate service during busy periods, we do offer express services for clients with time constraints. Let our front desk know about your time limitations when you check in, and we'll do our best to accommodate you or recommend a better time to return.

How much do your services cost?
Our pricing varies based on the service and the experience level of the stylist. Haircuts range from $45-$95, color services from $85-$250+, and treatments from $35-$150. Do you offer any discounts or special offers?
Yes! We offer special discounts for first-time clients (10% off), seniors (10% off), students (10% off with valid ID), military personnel (10% off), and first responders (10% off). What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and digital payment methods like Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also offer gift cards which can be purchased in-salon or online and used for both services and products.
Do I need to tip my stylist?
Tipping is always appreciated but never required. If you're happy with your service, a typical tip is 15-20% of the service price. We have tip envelopes available at the front desk, and our card payment system also allows you to add a tip when checking out.
Do you offer payment plans for expensive services?
For more extensive services like extensions or major color corrections, we do offer payment plans through third-party services like Affirm and Afterpay. Please inquire at the salon for more details and to discuss options that might work for your budget.
Products & Hair Care
What hair product brands do you use and sell?
We use and sell professional-grade products from brands like Oribe, Kérastase, Kevin Murphy, R+Co, Bumble and bumble, and Aveda. We believe in using products that deliver results while being mindful of environmental impact. Our stylists can recommend the perfect products for your hair type and concerns.
How often should I get a haircut?
For short hairstyles, we recommend every 4-6 weeks. For medium styles, every 6-8 weeks. For longer styles, every 8-12 weeks. However, this can vary based on your hair growth rate, style preferences, and hair health. Regular trims help prevent split ends and keep your style looking fresh.
How can I maintain my color between appointments?
To maintain your color, use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner specifically formulated for color-treated hair. Limit heat styling and always use heat protectant products. Avoid chlorinated pools or wear a swim cap. Use color-depositing products if recommended by your stylist. And protect your hair from sun exposure with hats or UV-protective products.
What should I do if I'm not happy with my haircut or color?
We want you to love your hair! If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of your service, and we'll provide a complimentary adjustment when you walk in again. This gives us the opportunity to make it right and ensure you're happy with your results.
Do you offer hair care consultations?
Yes, we offer complimentary 15-minute hair care consultations. During this time, our stylists can assess your hair condition, discuss your concerns, and recommend a personalized hair care routine and products. This is a great option if you're experiencing hair issues or just want expert advice on maintaining healthy hair.
Salon Policies
Can I bring my children to my appointment?
While we love children, we ask that you arrange childcare for your appointment if possible. This allows you to relax and enjoy your service while ensuring the safety of children in an environment with chemicals and hot tools. If you must bring children, please ensure they are supervised at all times.

We don't have a strict dress code, but we recommend wearing clothing that you don't mind getting hair or product on. For color services, we suggest wearing darker colors or bringing a change of shirt. We provide capes and towels to protect your clothing, but some products may still transfer.
What COVID-19 safety measures do you have in place?
We follow all local health guidelines and maintain strict sanitation protocols. Our measures include regular disinfection of all tools and surfaces, hand sanitizing stations, optional mask wearing, and enhanced air filtration systems. Can I bring my own products for my stylist to use?
We generally use our professional products to ensure the best results and because we're familiar with how they perform.
