3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

When booking an appointment through our Services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Our booking and cancellation policies are as follows:

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.
• No-shows (failure to attend without cancellation) may incur a fee of up to 100% of the service price.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling, at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, stylist illness, or emergencies.

For group bookings, special events, or services exceeding $200, additional terms may apply, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. User Accounts

Some features of our Services require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
